The candidate participation process begins with the completion of the online camp application form. Applications undergo a preliminary assessment process based on specified criteria. Following this stage, an online English test is administered to assess candidates' language proficiency. Candidates deemed suitable based on the assessment results are invited to participate in the programme.
Applicants invited to the programme attend training sessions planned according to a specific schedule. After the training, they move on to the project presentation stage, where they put the knowledge and skills they have acquired into practice. Successful participants are invited to interview processes conducted by human resources. At the end of the process, job offers are made to suitable candidates, laying the foundation for professional collaborations within the organisation.
